ZEMBA does not offer home delivery of any products listed on its website.
All products purchased or booked through the ZEMBA platform must be collected by the customer from authorized ZEMBA touch points, partner locations, or designated pickup centers, as communicated at the time of order confirmation.
Customers are solely responsible for arranging the pickup of the product within the stipulated time period. ZEMBA shall not be liable for any delay, loss, or inconvenience arising due to failure to collect the product from the specified touch point.
For Rent-to-Own or Battery-as-a-Service (BaaS) models, delivery/installation timelines may vary based on site readiness, vehicle compatibility, and operational approvals.
No Refund & Cancellation Policy
ZEMBA Batteries operates under a No Refund Policy.
- Once an order is confirmed, payment made, or agreement executed, no refunds shall be issued.
- This includes cancellations due to change of mind, incorrect selection, pricing revisions, or delays arising from external factors.
- For Rent-to-Own, or Battery-as-a-Service (BaaS) models, payments made towards upfront charges, rentals, subscriptions, or service fees are non-refundable.
- In case of any technical issue or performance concern, support will be provided strictly as per the applicable warranty and service terms, not refunds.
